Our apartment is situated in Puerto Rey on the coast of the Spanish province of Almeria, which is said to have the warmest and best climate in southern Spain.

Situated on a new complex, within a five minute walk of the nearest sandy beach and easy walking distance of the Aqua Park, our apartment is south facing with a patio and large terrace. The complex has two swimming pools set in lovely landscaped surroundings. There are no nightclubs in the vicinity making it an ideal destination for families and couples.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps 4/6 people. It is tastefully furnished, with a split-level lounge and dining room and patio doors leading onto the patio and terrace. It is fully air conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen and laundry room with washing machine, dish washer and microwave oven.

There is a DVD/CD player and satellite TV with BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, CH4, CH5 and other 'free' channels. Other, 'pay', channels can be received by using you own authorisation card.
